The Program

The 4-month program will offer the following:

  • A monthly 90-minute virtual group coaching session with opportunities for deeper discovery.

  • Access to assessments, relevant resources, and tools.

  • Two individual 45-minute executive coaching sessions for deeper exploration of your needs. 

This program is a collaborative effort facilitated by certified executive coaches, Kim Van Lue and Caroline Dowd-Higgins who are passionate about equipping women for success in the workplace and in life.

Our Proven 3-Step Approach

Our 3-step approach ensures that participants gain valuable insights into their leadership strengths and areas for growth, engaging in introspection to enhance self-awareness and decision-making skills, and implementing strategic actions that drive professional development and achieve tangible goals.

Each monthly session includes introduction of a relevant topic along with facilitated discussion.

Reflect

Participants will reflect on insights gained through the group discussion and learning to identify the right actions to enhance their career and life.

Act

Between monthly sessions, participants practice the new actions they identified. Between and during sessions, this trusted community of women are available for guidance and support.

Topics may vary by cohort to honor a customized developmental approach.

  • Managing employee morale during times of transformation

  • Establishing a coalition of the willing to ensure forward progress

  • How to navigate a difficult executive leadership team and build trust

Navigating Challenges Your Male Colleagues Don’t Face

  • Serving as both Chief Household Officer while leading in the C-suite at work

  • Setting boundaries around work chores that go to women by default

  • The BIG secret that no one talks about - navigating menopause as an executive

Leading From The Inside-Out

  • Tapping your Inner Core - your values, strengths, & passions

  • Uncovering your hidden motivators

  • Kick imposter syndrome to the curb - for good

Leading With Coaching

  • Understanding the difference between feedback and coaching

  • Utilizing coaching skills when managing up to executives and the board

  • Enhancing emotional intelligence to drive coaching excellence

Registration Details

Our January 2025 cohort is being offered at a rate of $3,995 for 4-month virtual coaching cohort plus two 45-minute private executive coaching sessions.

Session dates: All virtual sessions will be from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm ET on the following dates: January 15; February 12; March 5; April 16, 2025.

We strongly encourage you to have your employer cover the cost of this program. It is a bona fide professional development experience that will empower you at work and enable you to share what you learned with colleagues and direct reports.
