The Program

The 4-month program will offer the following:

  • A monthly 90-minute virtual group coaching session with break-out rooms for deeper discovery.

  • Access to assessments, relevant resources, and tools.

  • Two individual 45-minute executive coaching sessions for deeper exploration of your needs. 

This program is a collaborative effort facilitated by certified executive coaches, Kim Van Lue and Caroline Dowd-Higgins who are passionate about equipping women for success in the workplace and in life.

Kim Van Lue

Kim Van Lue has held executive roles in diverse organizations ranging from the VP of Talent Management for a Fortune 500 industrial distributor to the chief HR leader for a non-profit with a large public higher education institution. For over two decades, she has worked closely with senior leadership teams to deliver strategic talent solutions that enable the organization’s desired outcomes. As an independent consultant, she works with clients in higher education, non-profits, and a variety of other industries to provide strategic talent management expertise. An ICF certified executive coach, Kim has developed a niche coaching practice working with leaders in higher education.

Caroline Dowd-Higgins

Caroline Dowd-Higgins is a dynamic public speaker, a certified executive coach, and trainer helping leaders thrive. Her expertise honing emotional intelligence and enhancing communication helps leaders design and thrive in workplace cultures that honor wellbeing and productivity. Registration Details

Our January 2025 cohort is being offered at a rate of $3,750 for 4-month virtual coaching cohort plus two 45-minute private executive coaching sessions.

Session dates: All virtual sessions will be from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm ET on the following dates: January 15; February 12; March 5; April 16, 2025.

We strongly encourage you to have your employer cover the cost of this program. It is a bona fide professional development experience that will empower you at work and enable you to share what you learned with colleagues and direct reports.
