The retreat is designed for accomplished women leaders who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life to invest in themselves. Some are leading organizations or their own businesses. Others are navigating career transitions, changing family dynamics, or simply asking bigger questions about what comes next. What they share is a desire to grow intentionally alongside other thoughtful women.
What can I expect during the retreat?

Will I fit in if I don't know anyone?
Absolutely. Most women arrive without knowing anyone else. Because the group is intentionally small and thoughtfully curated, meaningful relationships develop quickly. Many participants leave with friendships and professional connections that continue long after the retreat ends.

What happens after the retreat?

Can my organization sponsor my attendance?

Why is there an application process?
Because every participant helps shape the experience.
We use the Invitation Request to learn a little about each woman before the retreat begins. It allows us to thoughtfully curate a group of leaders who will challenge, encourage, and learn from one another while creating an atmosphere of trust, openness, and meaningful connection.
