For accomplished women leaders ready for the next level

A virtual leadership program for high-achieving women stepping into broader influence and executive-level responsibility. Small cohorts.

Serious development for leaders already in motion.

This program assumes you’ve already built a successful career.

Rather than covering the fundamentals, we explore the complex challenges women leaders face as they prepare for greater organizational responsibility, broader influence, and executive-level decision making.

Over a series of facilitated sessions, a small cohort of experienced women leaders learns together – sharpening how they lead, how they’re seen, and how they think about what comes next.

You’ll leave each session with ideas you can apply immediately, and finish the program with greater clarity and confidence for the role ahead.

Who this program is for.

The virtual program is designed for women leaders preparing for greater responsibility. Many participants bring years of experience leading teams and are stepping into increasingly complex roles looking to strengthen both their executive capability and confidence.

Your questions, answered.

The most accomplished women rarely lack capability. What they lack is the right space – one with peers who understand what this level demands, and coaches who know how to draw out what’s already there. Thriving Women Leaders provides that space.

Who is this program designed for?

The virtual program is designed for women leaders preparing for greater responsibility. Many participants bring years of experience leading teams and are stepping into increasingly complex roles looking to strengthen both their executive capability and confidence.

This isn’t Leadership 101. The topics and conversations assume you’ve already built a successful career. Rather than focusing on basic leadership skills, we explore the complex challenges senior women leaders face as they prepare for broader influence, greater organizational responsibility, and executive-level decision making.

Each session combines practical leadership insights with facilitated discussion and peer learning. You’ll leave with ideas you can immediately apply while benefiting from the experiences and perspectives of an accomplished cohort of women leaders.

The program includes six bi-weekly virtual sessions lasting 90 minutes, along with two individual coaching sessions. We may occasionally suggest reflection or application activities between sessions, but there is not extensive homework.

Cohorts are intentionally designed to be intimate with up to 10 participants, so everyone has a chance to be seen and heard.

Yes. Your experience includes two private executive coaching sessions to help you apply what you’re learning to your own leadership challenges and goals.

While we encourage participants to attend every session to maximize the cohort experience, you’ll continue to have access to program materials and resources throughout and after the program.
